Every step helps fund the Fleming Family Foundation’s mission — supporting neighbors in need and spreading holiday cheer throughout Bucks County.

Every holiday season, the Fleming Family Foundation joins forces with 94.5 PST & Shady Brook Farm to make the season brighter for those in need who could use a little extra cheer. Through The 12 Wishes of Christmas, we surprise twelve local families with a special gift of $2,500 — helping lift financial burdens and bringing hope when it’s needed most.
